Kip looked up from the beakers of chemicals he was mixing. His lab in Bunker Hill, was as usual, a mess. The tables were had scattered books and vials and other chemicals. A compressor sat on another table as he continued his work. He grabbed a cylindrical beaker and started pouring the green liquid in it into another with clear liquid, making mental notes as it fell in slowly.

Holy crap, I like this a lot. It looks really whimsical, like almost comic-style but -not-.
